Sometimes it's really healthy, necessary, freeing... to just stop for a moment and breathe.
To take your eyes away from the laundry piles, the unbalanced checkbook, the computer screen (except for this blog post of course ;) and stare up at the trees and sky.
You see the leaves dance to the wind's melody, maybe a quiet cloud float by, and a bird building a nest on a nearby branch. And suddenly you remember why you're on this earth. You hear the voices of the ones you love, maybe in the next room over. But they're there. And you're family. And that is priceless.
