Before the trio was even thought of Lori was a close part of our family. Stopping by for tea, to talk, or to teach us spontaneous salsa lessons...we loved having her around.

Then along came Aaron. And as a 15 year old girl I remember telling him I'd beat the crap out of him if he ever hurt her. In reflection, I'm not sure the level of intimidation I as going for really came across in its full extent. But nonetheless Aaron has treated Lori like a princess and even asked her to be his bride one day.

Then along came Luke, Eva, and Mamie, whom I also love very much...and feel pretty protective of. Just so you know. ;)

This gang is like family to me. I used to babysit them back in the day!

Ok, so maybe just a few times because the boys quickly outgrew me in maturity. But I still feel the freedom to drop in and say hello at pretty much any hour. Lucky them. :)

Each of the Lees is so unique and awesome in their own way. I won't go into embarrassing bios but, trust me - they're like genius, artistic, and really funny people...all in one family.

And this is when I want to >insert a really quirky, techno tune< that suits the feel of this whole session. I have a few in mind, but today I shall choose the wiser route and just show you the pictures...

Alright, mighty big props to my new friend Lucas who endured an hour photo shoot, something any high school senior guy would probably dread with all his heart...

Lucas was such a trooper and was so amenable to any ideas I had. I told him multiple times how much I appreciated that he wasn't running away from me as some of my other clients tend to do (though, they are generally toddlers...)

Hanging out by the lake taking pictures of this wonderfully laid back family was a treat for me, and for Lucas' mom at least, haha. Because hey, time goes by too fast not to have pictures of monumental moments in our lives to look back on.

I wish you the best of everything in life Lucas. And I very much hope your parents ended up buying you and your bro that new video game for agreeing to have you photographs taken. You did a fab job...
