Last year I met Lori and her adorable crew, and it was such fun to see how much the kids have grown and matured since then!
December in Pennsylvania was at times unbelievably cold, but we somehow still managed to get this shoot in for Christmas cards (I hope Lori? :)
Anyways, we met at the golf club that the family belongs to and it was just beautiful.
Confession: I'm sort of addicted to natural-light, so grabbing my flash comes with some hesitation. But we were lucky enough to get some nice indoor AND outdoor shots that day. Thanks for being such troopers guys!
Lori with her baby girl. :)
Family time!
I love this out-take. :)
Still working on it...
Almost there...
This'll do. :)
Note to self: Don't lie to children about seeing a troll under a bridge that they are standing on as a means of motivation for taking pictures in the cold. Inevitably they will want to see this "bridge troll" of which you speak. And because he does not actually exist, you will prove to be a liar to little children and may feel quite guilty inside.
We headed indoors for some family shots...
The twins wanted to explore with their Dad a little bit so I followed Brielle on her own little journey...
This turned out to be a mini-shoot just of Brielle...which she didn't seem to mind at all... :)
Then we found the twins, who were having fun at the gift shop. :)
I hope you guys had the Merriest of Christmases!!! Hope to see you next year! :)
